How to use BigMins

BigMins is So Easy to Use!

“Low & Slow” with Indirect Heat is the key to PERFECT RESULTS!

Just 3 Quick Steps to Prepare

1. Pre-heat grill or oven to high heat
2. Rinse & trim meat, seafood or veggies of choice
3. Brush paste on food of choice – no other seasoning required *NOTE: For small meat cuts like chicken or chops, we find it easiest to insert paste and meat into a zip-top bag and massage paste onto the meat

Cooking is Just as Easy

The key to success is setting up indirect heat and cooking low & slow
for GAS GRILL:
Turn center burner off, left & right burners on low (1/4 turn)
Place meat, seafood or veggies prepared with paste on grill
Close grill lid & cook to 170 degrees or desired doneness
(for ribs, cook until meat falls away from bone)
for CHARCOAL GRILL:
Move heated coals to one side of grill
Place meat, seafood or veggies prepared with paste on the grill side away from the coals
Close grill lid & cook to 170 degrees or desired doneness
(for ribs, cook until meat falls away from bone)
for OVEN:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place meat, seafood or veggies prepared with paste on broiler pan or rack set in a drip pan
Cook to 170 degrees or desired doneness
